**If your dog or domestic cat has fleas on the day of surgery, we will treat and you will be responsible for payment**

Domestic Cat Package $80
Purebred Cat Package $150 
(brought in/bought from a breeder)

The domestic cat package includes:

  • Pre-surgical exam

  • Induction agent

  • Pain medication

  • Anesthesia monitoring

  • Rabies (1 year) vaccine

  • FVRCP vaccine

*additional fees if pregnant and fluids are necessary. 

Community Cat Package $50

The community cat package includes:

  • Induction agent

  • Exam while anesthetized 

  • Pain medication

  • Anesthesia monitoring

  • Rabies (1 year) vaccine

  • FVRCP vaccine

  • Ivermectin injection

  • Ear Tip

*Please bring ferals in a covered, humane trap. There is a $15 fee for transfer cage rental and cleaning for any feral not brought in a trap.

Rescue Puppy

Canine Package
A $100 deposit is due at the time of scheduling for all canine surgeries. The deposit is refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of surgery date. Rabies and distemper are required for any dog coming in for surgery.  If your dog is not up to date, we will vaccinate at no extra charge.

Canine package includes:

  • Pre-surgical exam

  • Pain medication for four days

  • Rabies (1 year) vaccine

  • DHPPL vaccine

  • Elizabethan Collar

  • Nail trim

  • Extra Sedation drugs (if necessary)

 

Please note that a fee of $20 will be applied to patrons who bring brachycephalic breeds, also known as flat-faced animals, for surgery (frenchies,pugs, persians)

 

*additional fees for in heat, pregnant, overweight or cryptorchid.

* A heartworm test is highly recommended for dogs who are over the age of 6 months and have not been on prevention. 

*Low income proof, families earning 2.5 times the Federal poverty level and below qualify for the lower price (see link above) with proof of low income* as follows:

Acceptable proof of low income documents are: 

  • Pay Stubs

  • Prior year tax return

  • W-2 

  • 1099

  • Employer letter

  • Food stamp award letter 

  • Section 8 award letter

  • Current unemployment approval letter 

  • Current disability approval letter


* Proof of low income is required to obtain discounted pricing and MUST be emailed to info@cflcpc.org BEFORE the scheduled appointment. The supporting documentation must match the ID of the client.  Dog spay/neuters will be discounted by $100.

*We do not participate in any online pharmacies (Chewy, 1-800 Pet Meds, etc..) There is a $15 prescription letter fee for any prescription letter, and it must be picked up in person.
